Andy is a sweetheart! He and his siblings (Thelma Lou and Barney) came to the rescue as very young, very sick kittens with their mother, Valerie. He has since made a full recovery, and he is ready to find his forever home! He loves to be loved on, and playing is one of his favorite things to do!

Andy has some scarring on his left eye from the illnesses he had as a kitten. He is no longer sick, but his eye will likely always look this way.

Andy is young and can probably adapt to new situations easily. He has shown little fear and no aggression to other cats or dogs. How do you successfully introduce a new cat into your household if you already have other pets? As cats can be territorial creatures, bringing a new kitty home to meet Fido or Fluffy can be a hair-raising experience for not only the owner but also the resident petsif not handled correctly. A peaceful relationship between new and existing feline or canine housemates requires time, patience and work. The introduction process generally takes a few weeks before the pets are all cohabitating peacefully. At times, though, it can take several weeks. The trick is to do it slowly and cautiously

Andy has been vaccinated, neutered, and combo tested (negative).
